re the April 18th 2008 tests

Dscovered that the blog would not accept the pictures because I was trying to include a movie.

April 18th 2008. A third test

No, it did not respond to the click on the picture icon.

Another test

April 18th 2008. Will this let me get pictures? No. So I will publish this and try again on a new screen opening up with pictures without initial text.

Yes it did. The other blog was just putting up photos - will this accept them?
No. I clicked the icon above and nothing happened, so I will publish this for reference and try again on this blog with another screen.

3-picture exercise

Three views of Cumnock, used as an exercise to put 3 pictures down at once. I signed in and got the writing box. I wrote nothing but clicked on the image icon. When the browse box came up I clicked the 'add another image' box, then I clicked it again to get a third box. Then I clicked browse to go to the pictures. There I blue framed the first picture choice and it returned me to the writing box. I did not press 'done' yet. Then I browsed for the second picture and the same procedure for the third. When the three browse boxes were filled in I then was able to press 'done' and the three pictures appeared in the order in which I had chosen them. To get the spacing between the pictures, with the cursor on the bottom lh corner of the third picture I pressed enter and that took it down. I repeated this with the second picture. The first (top) picture did not respond to that method straightaway but did so after further attempts so that has to be sorted out.Then I wrote this. It has to be pointed out that if you write first, then your picture will always come above the writing so you have to adopt the picture first. If you want to lower the only picture you have entered you can't do so. So that means you have to put all pictures down and then create the spaces. If you only want one picture, coming in the course of the text then you'll have to work out how to do it. I do not know how I have managed to get two lots of pictures on this blog, whose presence I have just discovered.
